This is excessive. Is it necessary to kill over property? Necessary to take a life without first warning the other party to desist? It would appear lawmakers in Montana valued property over life. This here is an example of a blatant disregard of human life. While it would be logical and reasonable to shoot an intruder who is threatening, this couple here is baiting another and the teenager had not been a threat to the homeowner at any rate. I find his behaviour repulsive and response even more.
